Just had updated smoke detectors installed at our house. Lapp Electric did a great job and the technician Vince is very professional efficient and instilled a lot of confidence in having the project completed. I would definitely recommend them as your electrician.

Recently had a post lamp & dining room light repaired. Very satisfied customer. Got estimate n completed within a week. No complaints-just a 😁

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT recommend. The absolute worst customer service we have dealt with. Adding material charges to our bill when they did absolutely no work at our house. Over $800 and all they did was come out to our house and look at our wire from the ground. They completely ignored our request for an itemized bill so we know what we are actually paying for. They have removed the false material charges now we are left with a few hundred dollar bill for absolutely nothing. Truly a disappointment.

We're thrilled with the work that Lapp completed for us! They installed some new outlets, lights, and fixed up some old house problems in a timely fashion. Even better, they beat the next big electrician company's timeline, cost, and experience by a mile. Their technicians showed up and communicated well. They were polite and efficient. They spent some time understanding our desires, confirming the scope of work, and then executed with excellence. Would be happy to have them back again. Thanks!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had for a simple undermount cabinet lighting project. Keep in mind the tile was not installed until 5 days after they came out to do my project. First they want to add two different types of lights under our cabinets the day of install. This was after waiting 8 weeks to get the lights due to back order. When Lapp Electric tried to explain it would take 2 switches and a totally different type of lighting I should have cancelled right then and there. How can you do electrical work and offer two different lights meaning the color will vary and it will not look uniform. Then they wire the switch without asking in a way you can barely find a switch plate to cover 1 toggle 2 duplex see photo. You cant just go buy a plate cover from lowes or home Depot. They had any amount of space to add a switch without making it into this set up. Mike the guy from Lapp that gave us the estimate says I will find a piece of lighting in my truck and make it all the same. If he had it in the truck why wouldn't it have been used in the first place? Then he also said it would be free. However, the bill comes and there is no refund for the returned wrong light but a c
